Organization using the Fannie Mae Stewart Conservatory Facility agrees that usage of the BCDC facility does not infer support or endorsement of any action taken by the group. The Organization using the facility agrees the name and/or logo videography or other media materials of BCDC facilities, or other identifiable media must not be used in any way which may be construed as an endorsement of another product, agency, political, religious activity, political opinion, activity or endorsement of a political candidate, without written expressed permission from an authorized agent of the Blackland Community Development Corporation. By Initialing below, you agree to these terms and understand that use of facility is conditional upon approval by BCDC representative, and may be revoked at any time. An additional signed paper Agreement will be emailed and is required at least one week prior to use of facility.
